We at Anglo Nannies London fully appreciate the need for confidentiality and privacy and to the best of our ability endeavour to ensure that the confidentiality of the information passed onto us by both our Clients and Applicants is never compromised.

Why is it necessary to provide as much information as is requested?

In order to ensure that only suitable applicants and clients are matched, it is necessary for us to gather certain information. We also need to ensure the safety of both clients and applicants, as far as possible. Without certain crucial information we would not be able to do that.

Please note:

The information which we gather is used for these purposes only.
It is never handed to a fourth party, other than associate Agencies with whom we have     formal co-operation agreements.
These Agencies are bound by our privacy regulations and policies.
An associate Agency will be given only limited information.
This information is never used for marketing purposes.

May I choose what information I disclose?

Obviously we cannot force you to give us information which you do not want to. If vital information is missing however, we will not be able to assist you. If you are reluctant to give certain information, please call us and speak with one of our Consultants directly.

What kind if security is used to protect my information?

All information is stored in secure data bases. Access to these data bases is granted to Senior Anglo Nanny London Consultants only, and is password protected.

Who will have access to this information?

Certain information will be made known to a potential Employer or Employee, whichever is relevant. This exchange of information is obviously necessary as part of the placement process.

As stated above, in certain incidences we may require the assistance of an Associate Agency. Limited, but crucial, information will be passed onto these Agencies.

Will this information be passed onto other Agencies or Companies?

No, other than the Associate Agencies mentioned above. Your information will never be passed onto any company for purposes of marketing or research.

As an Applicant, what information is initially passed onto a potential Employer?

Your CV, written references and photograph will be passed onto a potential Employer. Your telephone numbers and e-mail address will only be given to the Client once we are satsified that there is a genuine interest from both the Employer and yourself.

As a Client, what information is initially passed onto a potential Employee?

Any and all information, which may be necessary to ensure that an applicant can make an informed decision as to whether he/she would be suitable and interested in your position, will be passed onto the applicant in our discussions with that applicant.

This excludes the following:

		The full names of yourself and your spouse/partner
		The names of your children
		Your residential address
		A contact telephone number

If the applicant is interested in the position we will contact you to discuss the applicant's details, which will be then be posted, e-mailed or faxed to you.

Only once you have indicated that you do wish to interview the applicant will the additional information be passed on.

May I change information once I have registered?

As an Applicant you will not be allowed to change the details over the internet. This is for safety and legal purposes. If you would like to change or add any details, please contact us either by e-mail, fax or telephone and we will make the appropriate changes to your records.

We will not make any changes to your details without your full knowledge and consent. Once you have registered with us, you will be given a username and password. You are free to view your recorded details at any time. This password will not give you access to any other records stored in our data bases.

Once you have registered as a Client, we will post a copy of your details to you, for your information. If there are any changes which you would like to be made to these details, please contact one of our Consultants, and we will make the necessary changes for you. No changes will be made without your full knowledge and consent.
